Warranty Information
High Country Oxygen provides warranty coverage on all applicable products, whether purchased or rented. Warranty details, including duration, what is covered, your responsibilities for equipment maintenance and care, and actions that may void the warranty, can be found in the product manual provided at the time equipment is furnished.
High Country Oxygen honors all warranties, expressed and implied, under applicable state law. For all rented equipment, warranty service, including any associated shipping or logistics costs, will be handled at no charge to the patient. For Medicare beneficiaries, purchased equipment covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the beneficiary or the Medicare program. High Country Oxygen will not bill Medicare or the beneficiary for any repair or replacement of a Medicare-covered item that is under warranty. For non-Medicare purchased equipment, warranty service will be provided in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms; the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
