• If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 first, then contact High Country Oxygen. • Know how to safely operate your equipment, including what to do if an alarm sounds or the device stops functioning.

• If you miss a scheduled delivery or treatment, contact High Country Oxygen as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.

• Keep backup supplies and/or equipment available as instructed by High Country Oxygen personnel. • Due to our high-altitude location in the Colorado mountains, be aware of weather-related risks (heavy snowfall, road closures, power outages) and plan accordingly with High Country Oxygen for alternative care options.
