On a recent trip to Breckenridge, the concentrator supplied by my 84-year-old mother's oxygen provider (Lincare), stopped working. They were not helpful at all helpful in finding a solution, and of course it was Sunday evening at 7:00. We called High Country Oxygen, and the owner herself delivered a new concentrator in 20 minutes!!! She even was kind enough to take a look at the other one, and get it working as well. Along with this problem she needed to have oxygen. This respiratory therapist set us up with a unit and took it with us upon discharge. Got back to our house and called High Country Oxygen to finish with billing and questions. She had her “little Buddy” for three days and was very happy to have it. We were in Fairplay for the thanksgiving weekend, and I had forgotten the oxygen tubing for the O2 condenser. I called them on Friday and they met us there Saturday just to get me the tubing.
