On a recent trip to Breckenridge, the concentrator supplied by my 84-year-old mother's oxygen provider (Lincare), stopped working. They were not helpful at all helpful in finding a solution, and of course it was Sunday evening at 7:00. We called High Country Oxygen, and the owner herself delivered a new concentrator in 20 minutes!!! She even was kind enough to take a look at the other one, and get it working as well. It worked very very well, communication was good via text. I would suggest if possible, having someone on call if possible 24 seven to be able to speak to a live person with questions. My 13 yo son got hit hard with altitude sickness. They responded very quickly to my call early in the morning (before 6 AM). They brought out oxygen and measured his oxygen levels. Recommended we go to Urgent Care and then when we needed a portable oxygen they swapped out the original one.
