On a recent trip to Breckenridge, the concentrator supplied by my 84-year-old mother's oxygen provider (Lincare), stopped working. They were not helpful at all helpful in finding a solution, and of course it was Sunday evening at 7:00. We called High Country Oxygen, and the owner herself delivered a new concentrator in 20 minutes!!! She even was kind enough to take a look at the other one, and get it working as well. Now that is great customer service!!! Thank you, High Country Oxygen. You saved our family vacation!Stacy K.
